Weeds

Preparing for this year's sowing. Re dug the edges, taking great care with all the worms not to slice them in half. I leave the sods on the top to give the worms that chance to get back down underground and then come back round and sort out. I'm hoping that doing this weeding now will save weeding in spring.

Lots of bulbs coming through, and Timperly early coming up too. I think everyone and everything is a little confused if it is early early spring or very late winter. The weather has been so mild.

After the rain, sunshine. It's always good to go out and today walking with my partner we saw a heron in Greenbank Park, as well as; 3 sets of long tail tits, great tits, a robin, blackbirds, moorhens, ducks, geese, swans, crows, wood pigeons, chickens, magpies, seagulls and the black cat. It's not only us who want to get out from the cold damp weather. Back to normal tomorrow.
